Job and Fam
Well summer is here and things are going great. I finally got a job at Runner's Den! I start training this Monday. I am so excited to work there. It will be fun to do something I love and get paid for it. If anyone needs new running shoes, Runner's Den will find the perfect fit for you. I may be able to get you a discount too, so let me know before.
Other than that, my older sister and bro in law are back in town. They invited me over for dinner last night and it was a blast to hang out with them and their little boy, Austin. I love to make faces at Austin because he still thinks it is funny, while other people think its normal for me now. It stinks that Todd is gone, but he will be back for the weekend next week. The rest of the family will come in July! I am way excited.
A lot of people have been asking me what the sneefs and geefs and slaggin heaps mean. Well, I cant really answer that. That is something you will have to figure out for yourselves. If you need anymore hints, ask my brother, Todd.
Well, Im going running! I love running in the rain! Later

SUMMER
At last, finals are FINISHED! WOO!
The school year ended great. I'll find out a little later to find out how I did for sure, but after its all done, I feel great about the past semester and I feel that I am now back on track for the future.
This summer should be great. Im still in the process of job hunting. I have some potentials. I look forward to youth conference at the end of May. It should be a great experience. I am way excited for July when my family comes back from Japan. And I am way excited to go to Japan in August, then come back and go to Pine Top with the Cross Country team for 4 days.
Running is gonna be great. I'm still putting in some pretty good milage and increasing every month. I will finally be able to start doing some harder work outs in July and then should be on pace with everyone else by the time the season starts. As for track, the team is doing great. This past semester
Things have been great this past week. School is getting busy as finals are getting closer and closer. It's always a thrill at this time of the semester. I have to say, I'm glad to be back in school, but glad for it to be over soon too. This past semester has been an interesting one being back from my mission. It was a whole lot more different than the one I took at ASU before my mission. A lot of things changed, but it happens. There were a lot of ups and downs, and once again I learned that when everything seems to be going wrong, as long as you have the right attitude, everything will be fine. And that goes for everything in life.
As for running, it was definately an experience trying to come back after taking 2 years off. But I am finally feeling comfortable again. Im not as fit as I would like to be yet, but I'm healthy and getting fitter every day. It feels so good to get back in shape again. Running is the best sport by far. I love all sports and have participated in a lot of them, but nothing compares with the feeling that you can get from running. Once you get the the point where you are comfortable and fit, you can have this feeling where the mind controls everything your body does, no matter how much pain your body feels or how tired it gets. Your mind overpowers everything. A lot of people dont enjoy running because they have never gotten to that point, but when you do, there is no feeling like it. It just takes a lot of time and effort to get fit first.
This summer will be awesome! I'm so stoked for youth conference. It is gonna be a fun, spiritual experience. I'm so excited to be with the youth. I'm also way excited for my parents and little sister and older sister and brother in law to come back to AZ! I'm sad that my older bro will be leaving, but he has been awesome to me this past semester. He has always been there for me. I'm way excited to go to Japan in August to see everything. This summer is gonna be so awesome. Somewhere in between all of that I'm gonna get a job somewhere.

Heaven
Holy Cow, i am so happy right now!
In my last area of my mission, we were teaching a man named Tanan. He didnt act normal, but was very sincere in learning the gospel. Because others thought he was weird, many people, including other missionaries, thought that he would never be able to be baptized. As my companion and I taught him often, I realized that I had never had an investigator who had shown as much faith as Tanan had.
He had a Buddha image that he wore on his neck since he was little. It was very special to him his whole life and he always wore it, but when we taught the 10 commandments, he told us that if God wanted him to take it off, that he would. From that day he never put it on again. He smoked his whole life, and after a hard 2 months of trial after trial, he finally quit so that he could prepare to baptized. As he was approaching his date, many people still felt that he should not be baptized because he was "weird." We were then told that he would not be baptized because the District President had talked to our mission president and that our mission president said he could not. We hadnt heard anything from President Dodge, our mission president, so we talked him the next day. He said that he had only talked to the district president for 30 seconds and never said anything about Tanan not being able to be baptized. He told us that he would like to interview with Tanan, so we took Tanan to the mission office and President had a long interview with him. President said that he was very impressed with his knowledge of the gospel and the plan of salvation, but that he wanted Tanan to wait 6 months so that we could try and get more support from the members. So we set a goal for six months, which was the 1st Sunday of April. It was an amazing experience to serve Tanan for the last part of my mission and to see him gain his own testimony. Despite many others thoughts that he shouldnt be baptized, my companion and I always felt that he should be when we prayed about it, so we knew it would happen.
Well, I just talked to one of the members from my last area and he said that Tanan was baptized 2 weeks ago and received the Holy Ghost and the Aaronic Priesthood last week! I have not been happier. It's amazing! I will never forget Tanan's example of faith and patience. He never lost sight of the goal.

Sneets
Well after finishing half my essay that is due tomorrow, I decided to waste more time and write on this instead. That way I can drink a Dr. Pepper later on to keep me up tonight. mmm Dr Pepper.
Right now things are rockin. Todd called me the other night when I was with some friends just to say that Jacy's name backwards is Ycaj. Or Ycaj Sivraj Nosuoks in full. I thought that was pretty cool.
School is good. This next weekend there is gonna be a sweet track meet at ASU - the sun angel classic. There are gonna be 62 colleges competing and A LOT of fast people. I am really excited to see. If you are here and you like to watch fast people, you should go.
Other than that, not much happenin. Church is going well. There will be some big changes in my ward in the upcoming months, but it will be all good. I don't know what to say, I think that means its time for my Dr. Pepper. Peace

Rollin
Well, its that time again. Time to heef the sneefs.
This past week has been a good, productive week. I went to school some more and learned stuff. Physics is going well, but I am still doing the best in a class I dont need anymore: my bio-engineering class. Oh well.
I finally increased my running and will increase again next month. Coach is a stud and knows what he is doing. Everything feels great and I am confident that I will be back full force for cross country next semester.
Brittany and I plan to make another spits creations movie this summer. I know all you fans out there thought spits creations was out of business or something because there have been no movie productions for 2 and a half years, but today spits creations has announced their plans to make a movie starring brittany and I. Its gonna be good, so look for it in theaters (or google). We arent sure what it will be about yet, but we are never sure what any movie will be about before we make them so its ok.
I am way excited for general conference this weekend. I'll be going over to the Heywoods on Saturday night with Todd and Jacy and have a rockin sleepover. More importantly, there will be free breakfast on Sunday morning. A nice, home-made, full breakfast meal on Sunday morning is something I have not yet experienced since living on my own. I'm excited.
Well, other than that, I have made a few plans this summer that include mesa east stake youth conference (yeah, they still think Im not grown up yet, so I have to go to the youth conference), work, lake powell maybe, and JAPAN. Most importantly I am excited to see my family again. Woo!
